Iphone Warranty Agreement

3.4 Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consecutive damages, or exclusions or restrictions on the duration of unspoken guarantees or conditions, so that these restrictions or exclusions may not apply to you. The expressly limited guarantee gives you certain legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province or jurisdiction. If the product has been purchased in Ireland, this guarantee is subject to Irish law and is interpreted in accordance with Irish law and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If the product has been purchased in the United Kingdom, this guarantee is subject to the laws of England and is interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, and each party is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless you live in Scotland, in which case Scottish laws apply. Please use the online help resources described below and read them before you receive a warranty service. If the Apple product is still not working properly after using these resources, please contact an Apple representative or, if necessary, a clean Apple store (“Apple Retail”) or AASP using the information below. An Apple or AASP representative will help you determine if your Apple product requires a service and, if so, you`ll indicate how Apple will provide it. If you contact Apple by phone, other charges may be charged based on location. This warranty does not apply: (a) for consumable parts such as batteries, except in case of damage caused by a material or processing defect; b) cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps and broken plastics in ports; (c) damage caused by the use of non-Apple products; (d) damage caused by accidents, abuse, abuse, fluid contact, fires, earthquakes or other external causes; (e) damage caused by the operation of the product outside of the authorized or intended uses described by Apple; (f) service damage (including upgrades and extensions) by people who are not representatives of Apple or an authorized Apple service provider (“AASP”); (g) to a modified product or part without Apple`s written permission to change the feature or functionality; (h) defects caused by normal wear or other means due to normal aging of the product, or (i) when an Apple serial number has been removed or disfigured. Denmark: for Danish consumers, the rights to this guarantee are in addition to their prevailing rights as consumers, including those contained in the law on the sale of goods, among others, who have the right to complain of non-compliance until the expiry of the two-year period, i.e. two years from the date of purchase. If the pending product fails after the 90-day warranty expires, but within 2 years of the delivery date of the services, consumers have the right, at Apple`s discretion, to either re-household the services or to reimburse the fee paid for the services, if it can be proven that such a failure is due to non-compliance with the service provided. This restricted warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for Apple that can be identified by the “Apple” brand, trade name or logo.

The restricted warranty does not apply to non-Apple hardware or software products, even if they are packaged or sold with Apple hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers or publishers, along with others other than Apple, can provide end-user-specific warranties, but Apple, to the extent permitted by law, provides their products “as intended.”
